As a returning customer, I had an excellent experience with HM Gallery not only during the initial purchase but especially with their after-sales service. From the beginning, the team was helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable, guiding me through the options and ensuring I got exactly what I needed.

What truly stood out, however, was the level of support I received after the sale was completed. Any questions or minor issues I had were addressed promptly and professionally. Their follow-up was proactive, and they made sure I was fully satisfied with the product/service long.

It’s rare to find a business that takes after-sales service this seriously, and I really appreciate the effort and care they put into ensuring a positive customer experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Alex from HM Gallery @Vortex is a true professional always with customer perspective in mind. This is my second time engaging with HM Gallery via Alex in as many years and both times, the advise provided were practical, cost effective and prioritises my needs & concerns minus the fancy frills that jack up the cost unnecessarily. Alex’s recommendations, together with support of the installation team makes the whole engagement smooth and easy, with a highly presentable curtains and blinds for my apartment.

Recently we have moved to our new place and needed ZipTrak and blinds and curtains. We remembered there was HM gallery few years back in Parkway Parade. However they have moved. So we came looking for them at Vertex. Shereen is very professional and spend time showing us and explaining different motors for the ziptrak, advise us on the colors for blinds and curtains. We are happy with the installation service they provided. The ZipTrak, blinds and curtains looks good too. Thank you HM Gallery.

Back in Aug 2023, I was looking for ZipTrak for my new place and found that HM Gallery offered the most competitive pricing. I left an enquiry via their website and got in touch with Jovan, who came to my place for measurement with his colleague, Alex. They worked very well together and were very precise in their work to ensure that the ZipTrak was done according to how I wanted it, including the positioning of track poles and the length of each ZipTrak blind (my balcony is >7 meters long).

On installation day, the installation team came and quickly got started without talking much to me. As I was worried, I probed them on the details of the installation, and found that the details had already been communicated to them and they already knew exactly what to do. Installation was completed without any hiccups.

Many months on, I found that many of my neighbours encountered issue with rainwater seeping into the walls at the side of the ZipTrak, and causing damage to the wall paint and concrete. My wall remains undamaged, which attests to the hard work Jovan, Alex, and the installation team have put in: paying attention to the details and communicating patiently. It has been 1.5 years since then, I got busy and forgot about writing this review, hence I decided to come back to write this review now that I have a little bit of time.
